Ministry of Games Oy (“Ministry of Games” or ”we”) is dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of our users (”users” or ”you”).  This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes the ways we collect, store, use, and manage the information, including personal information, that you provide or we collect in connection with our websites, including (the “Sites”) or any Ministry of Games game provided on a mobile platform (for example, iOS and Android – collectively, the ”Service”).  Please note that the scope of this Policy is limited to information collected or received by Ministry of Games through your use of the Service.  Ministry of Games is not responsible for the actions of third party people or companies, the content of their sites, the use of information you provide to them, or any products or services they may offer.  Any link to those sites does not constitute our sponsorship of, or affiliation with, those people or companies.

Collecting and Using Personal Information

We store information on servers located in the United States via Google and may store information on servers and equipment in other countries.

By using the Service you always disclose information about yourself to Ministry of Games. To enable you to interact with other users, Ministry of Games may at times offer you the ability to post content in connection with your use of the Service (including blogs, message boards, chat rooms or other forums such as Ministry of Games’ Facebook page). By interacting with others, you may choose to disclose information about yourself to other users, and any such information is public information, and there is no expectation of privacy. Ministry of Games is not responsible for any personal (or other) information you choose to make public in the Service.

Collected Information and Sources and Accuracy of Information

The type of information we collect and store will vary depending on the Service and activity. We may collect the following personal information:

Your profile picture, name, age/birthday, gender
Email or mail address
Social networking service ID
IP (Internet Protocol) address
Approximate location based on IP address (and latitude and longitude, subject to your approval)
Mobile device unique ID, hardware type and operating system version and other information as described here below

The above information will be collected from users when they sign up for the Service or enter the Service from third party services, including social networking services, or later in connection with your use of the Service. The Service may be able to connect to your social networking services and profiles to obtain information about you when you consent to allow your social networking services to make that information available to Ministry of Games and, consequently Ministry of Games may be able to collect information from your social networking profile when your social networking services permits to make that information available. The information we collect when you connect your user account to a social networking service may include:

Your user name and/or other user identification
Locale, city, state and country
Birth date
Email address
Profile picture or its URL
The user identification for your friends in that social networking service who are also connected to the Service

IP-addresses, unique identifiers, operating system, access times, browser and device type and data, language and referring web site addresses may be collected automatically also when you use the Service or visit the or other Ministry of Games’ websites. Ministry of Games may use this information to monitor and analyze the use of the services, contact you about your experience with Ministry of Games sites and notify you about company news and promotions. Ministry of Games collects data about all of users’ interactions with the Service and with the other users inside the Service (including chat) via server log files and other activities in the Service. We may, at our own initiative or upon a user’s request, complement, correct or delete incomplete, inaccurate or outdated personal information.

Ministry of Games may offer you the opportunity to invite your contacts (such as your Facebook friends) from a social networking service and/or you can invite them to join you in the Service. Such contact information that you may provide for this purpose will be used only for sending communications to your contacts. Disclosing and Transferring Your Information

Ministry of Games will not disclose personal information stored in the register to third parties for direct marketing, market research, polls or public registers without users consent. However, the information or profiles might be used for targeted in-game marketing (including serving ads to users) and other similar purposes. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, personal information may be disclosed to third parties if required under any applicable law or regulation or order by competent authorities, or in order to enforce the End User License Agreement of the Service and to investigate possible infringing use of the Service as well as to guarantee safety of the Service.

Ministry of Games may share your information in connection with any merger, sale of our assets, or a financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business. We may engage other entities and individuals to perform services on our behalf. e.g. for analyzing data and in connection with the performance of services these service providers may have access to your personal information.

If you give your consent to share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes, such marketing shall be governed by their separate privacy policies.

We use external service providers to provide technical solutions for processing stored information and access the stored information by using a technical interface. Ministry of Games hosts the service in and transfer information for this purpose to countries outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA). Our Policy regarding Children

We are a general audience service directed to and intended for users 13 and over, and Ministry of Games will not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to use our Service or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. Users may opt-out of receiving promotional emails by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt-out, Ministry of Games may still send you non-promotional customer information, such as emails about your account or Ministry of Games’ ongoing business relations. If you have accepted locating you (latitude and longitude) by the Service or by any other, app you may opt-out for such location based services only by uninstalling the Service.

Changes to Privacy Policy

Ministry of Games may change this Privacy Policy from time to time and all changes hereto will be made available on this website. We will continue to treat your information under the terms of the Privacy Policy which was in effect at the time when such information was collected unless you consent to the changes hereto.

However, your continued use of the Service may be (under Ministry of Games’ applicable Terms and Conditions) subject to your acceptance of the new terms of our privacy policy, and you agree that Ministry of Games shall have the right to terminate your right to use the Service in the event that you fail to consent to the changes hereto and express your agreement to our then-current Privacy Policy.
